Probably time to replace your Y main and/or buffers. If the TV is under warranty, you should take it in for repair. If it is not and you want to fix it, search for the "Y main" and "Y Upper" and "Y Lower" Buffers with your TV make and model # to find the parts. Ebay has many sellers of these parts.
