Nope, your TV is not directly compatible with the new broadcast format. You are, however, able to use a set top converter box, and feed the signal through the cable connection or through the RCA connection as well.
The stations that you are able to see (18,23, 50) are low power stations that are not required to change over to the new broadcast format.
