Obviously buy a replacement screen; there are Hong Kong vendors on eBay and of course otherwise who can put you on to the replacement and a tool to get it in there. See also helpful videos on YouTube. Did you try at all to find help on your own?

the screen works but i cannot hear anyone that calls...so needless to say i will be taking it apart again to see if something was disconnected when putting the parts all back together....best of luck to you....Mjr
Hold down both soft keys (both above the send and end key's) and use the stylus to push the reset button in between the volume key and micro sd slot. Then the screen will turn on and tell you something to the extent of press "Send" to perform a factory reset. Hit send, and your good to go.
Sorry All, I have had my Wing for 7 months now and never cracked or scratched the screen. I live in NYC so im always walking around in hot and cold so its not any weather condition as someone suggested, i take care of it keep it in the case when im not using it. Ive also never dropped it - yet!!!
