If you go to the Veo website and look under the support section you will be able to search your product and download a driver for your operating system. A vista driver will also work for windows 7 so if the company website only lists a vista driver it will work for windows 7.
Looks like veo velocity has gone out of buisness. The did not have drivers for vista. What you can try is make sure you run windows update on your computer and if you're lucky they might have a driver that will be compatible with your webcam.
This is where you will find what you are looking for, drivers are there called Veo Velocity Connect bunch of other useful stuff you might be able to use
