Being that you had the same problem before I would guess that it is not the filter or TXV that is the problem...
You may have another restriction in the system...
Did it work in heat mode???
Do you have adequate air flow???
Is the coil and filter clean??
Did you try to purge nitrogen through the piping when you changed the TXV???
This really sounds like an air flow problem more then anything else...

well the wire on x will go to e thr r is the red wire goes to r the wire on f willgo to g the y will go to y now the rest you'll have to verfy at air handler o will go to reversing valve common wire will go to c the electric heat will go to aux
