My Zen Neeon is from on the USB Connect Display - have tried resetting, and when I turn it on the Creative Logo appears then the USB connect display. Is anyone able to offer assistance on how to fix this problem.
Yes it does work... my sister brought this player to Australia, it froze so she bought a sony mp4. she sent this neeon 2 back to have it fixed. it took a long time before it arrived. i charged hoping that it will work. it did... and now im having the some problem again...

try reseting it there should be a small pinhole on the back press and hold that for about 10 seconds if this wont work try putting it into recovery mode
Detach your player from the PC if it is connected, and turn off the player.
If the player stops responding, you can reset the player. To reset
the player, gently insert a thin object into the Reset hole located
below the power switch.
Press and hold the Play/Pause button while powering on your player.
When the player displays the Creative logo, release the Play button.
It will display the following options:
Scans the player and removes invalid links from its music library.
Does not affect music files themselves. Format (All)Caution! Erases all content!
Save a copy of your player's content before formatting. Reload OS/ FirmwareCaution! Erases your player's firmware. DO NOT select the Reload Firmware option unless you have access to a PC and you have downloaded the necessary firmware to install. Reboot
Reboots the device.
