Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional Language Interface Pack (E8502830) for PC

1 Answer

2010 office professional plus 2010l - was installing this on WIn 7. Install went 100% but then just sat there? Let it go for sometime but finally hit cancel - did not seem to back out. Tried to uninstall but keep getting the message - 'The language of this installation package is not supported by your system'. I get the same thing if I try to run the disks again. On task manager it shows as a Setup Error. Can you help me out????? Thanks

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

SOURCE: installing windows xp home edition

I would assume that this was caused by scratched or dirty windows disc, or possibly your cd drive is on it's way out. I would try another windows disc. Sorry to the beare of bad news, boot from a diffrent xp disc and re-format and re-partition the drive and go from there. L8R Good Luck

It's very easy. You can switch SATA mode from AHCI to IDE (in Bios) and install XP, or leave AHCI mode, with 'nLite' integrate AHCI drivers into XP installatin files, burn and install... Drivers are not problem, just search in google, even ePower tools are working.

Try the following regardless of the software as this is the common error message provided by Microsoft. Of course this won't rule out either a corrupt installer or incompatibility's

  1. Disable/Configure any anti-spyware or anti-virus software on your system during installation process. For example: Spybot Search and Destroy Program or Norton Anti-Virus
  2. Check to see if any spyware or adware is installed on your system blocking the completion of install process.
  3. Check to see if you find any unwanted entry in Add/Remove Programs or Internet Explorer - Add/On's section (Tools - Internet Options - Programs -> Manage Add On's). If you found one, remove/disable this entry.
  4. On Windows Vista, disable UAC (User Access Control) feature for your account

SOURCE: No Has Been Able To Solve This Office 2007 Pro Problem, Can You?

The problem is the feature you tried istalling might have corrupted the OS. What you can try doing is create new user account first , restart your computer into the new user computer and then try installing. If the same still doesnot work , then my friend the only solution would be to reinstall windows xp and then put office 2007.

My msoffice 2010 do not activated properly

Did you enter your key and activate (e.g. did you do the steps outlined in this page)

If you have followed the steps and did not work please try the following. Go to File tab \' Help and click on the Change Product Key link.

Enter the key on the page corresponding to your product (e.g. if you\'re running Word, enter the Professional Plus key, since Word is part of the Professional Plus suite).

Click Install to install the key. Then restart Word, and you should be prompted to activate.

Continue with activation, and restart Word again. If you click File tab \' Help, you should see "Product Activated" on the right hand side.
