Hi.

You need to get a data cable for the camera. The data cable is often a standard mini-usb or Micro-Usb data cable. The cable can usually be purchased at any local camera, computer, or mobile phones shop.

Most cameras also do not need any software to connect to computer. Shortly after the camera is connected to a Windows computer, the internal memory (or SD card unless removed) will be shown as an external USB drive in My Computer (Computer on Vista and 7).

If there is need for software, software is usually provided in manufacturer support webpage.

Here examples of mini and micro USB, most cameras use mini USB:

Trying to upload photos from internal memory

Get a USB cable(if you don't already have one) and connect it to your PC. Once the PC finds the camera it will assign a drive letter to it and you will be able to transfer your photos easily.

I have a 10.2 pixel fuji film and it keeps telling me my internal is full how do i empty it

Hello

OK, if the internal memory is full, you will need to download the photos onto your computer before you can delete it. If you do not do it, you will loose the photos.

Click HERE to see how to transfer photos to your computer from your camera.

After the photos have transferred to your compute, you can delete them. This will free up internal storage capacity.

Hope this can steer you in the right direction.

Kind regards
Andrea
