Hi Vivian,

Have you tried deleting Cookies from your PC ? If not, do it today.

To Delete Cookies and unwanted files from Internet Explorer.

Here's How:

  1. From the Internet Explorer menu, click Tools ' Internet Options. For Internet Explorer v7, follow steps 2-5 below. For Internet Explorer v6, follow steps 6-7. For both versions, follow the steps outlined in steps 8 and below.
  2. If using IE7, under Browsing history select Delete.
  3. From the Delete Browsing History window select Delete all... from the bottom of the dialog and click Yes when prompted.
  4. To delete individual categories, select Delete files...for the desired category and select Yes when promoted.
  5. When finished, click Close to close the Delete Browsing History window.
  6. If using Internet Explorer v6, under Temporary Internet files select Delete Cookies and select OKwhen prompted.
  7. Next, select Delete Files and select OK when prompted.
  8. Now that the files and cookies have been cleared, take steps to minimize their impact going forward. While still in the Internet Options menu, selectSettings (for IE7, under Browsing History; for IE6 under Temporary Internet files).
  9. Under "...disk space to use...", change the setting to 5Mb or less. (For optimal performance, no less than 3Mb and no more than 5Mb is recommended).
  10. Click OK to exit the Settings menu and then click OK again to exit the Internet Optionsmenu.
  11. Close Internet Explorer and restart it for changes to take effect.
To Delete Cookies and Files from Firefox
You can go to Tools -> Clear Recent History (or Ctrl+Shift+Del) and choose what you want to delete.
Or you can take the long way through Tools -> Options -> Privacy and click on "clear your recent history"

Clear internet temporary files


Open internet Explorer - click Tools - Options (in Menu)
in General tabs you will see the button - Delete...
Press it to delete all temporary internet files

Hi, it's safe to delete Internet Explorer from program files? coz when i tried to deleted it, it said deleting this Internet Explorer may make some programs not work.


Ya, you should not delete the internet explorer program files, it a system file. It comes in built with Windows. Deleteing it, will damage your system registry. Please don't delete the folder.

Try deleting your cookies. Use one of the below options: How to manually delete cookie files in Internet Explorer 8 loadTOCNode(2, 'moreinformation');
  1. Exit Internet Explorer 8, and then exit any instances of Windows Explorer.

Farmville doesn´t load on my computer and lost all my neighbours, but if i try it with my friends login on my computer it works!


1. Try deleting the "cookie" of the Web Browser.

If you are using the Internet Explorer then check this Link for the instruction to delete the cookies.

If you are using the Firefox then click on the option "Tools" in the menu bar and select the option "Clear Recent History" or press the"CTRL+SHIFT+DEL" keys to delete the cookie.

2. If the issue persists try resetting the Internet Explorer.

When you reset Internet Explorer settings, all add-ons and customizations are deleted, and you basically start with a fresh version of Internet Explorer.

This should resolve the issue.

I cant get my new printer to print!I downloaded the install cd and have all my cords hooked up but it wont print and a couple of times it shut down my internet explorer?hepl me please!!


1)right click the my computer icon
2)click properties and then click hardware n go to device manager.
3)uninstall all usb ports and then scan for hardware changes
4)ur pc will detect your printer and ask for printer drivers
5)re load drivers and your pc will communicate with your printer
6)for reloding install the cd follow the instructions on the screen and click next
7)restart when the printer is loded.connect the wires and cords properly.
