I used the self cleaner 2 days ago and now the oven will not heat. It warms only to 80-90?

Rhonda, its possible the heat sensor / probe may need to be changed, it is a small copper or brass wire with a small probe, that hangs on the upper portion of back wall in oven.

Oven not working

you would have to check the element for continuity. Also the oven sensor could be suspect and should ohm out at 1180 at room temp. if both those are ok then main control is probable. without schematic it would be hard to say for sure..there may even be a safety fuse blown.

E2 F6 ??? What the? Oven came with house, no manual.

Your oven temperature sensor has failed(e-2) as well as your electronic control board(f-6). The oven temp sensor, electronic control board and the touchpad must be replaced . Approximate cost of parts is $500.00. Before you decide what to do, check the thermal fuse at the control panel first. If blown, replace it and the temp sensor. If you are lucky the control board may still be good.

Hi there it's possible that you are using an incorrect bulb in your oven....ensure on purchasing relacements that these are OVEN Bulbs (these are special bulb to operate at high temperature) ensure that the bulbs are screwed correctly and firmly into the holders and the glass cap is correctly fitted and secure.....

Elements in convection oven won't heat

DO you have a model number for that. I'm almost sure it's a thermal fuse in the back of the oven. Usually they go out during or after cleaning but that would shut down both elements. If you have the model (usually by the inside door look all over and up in the cavity) Then if you go to this link

http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/index.action?intcmp=xsite_Sears

It will show you a breakdown of the oven and where it is. If you give me the model I'll show you what I'm talking about. Good luck.

P.S. if it the fuse it's a cheap fix, little hard to get in back of the oven but cheap!

Oven not heating

you could have lost one of your 120v leads to the machine. that could cause it to work only half way. go turn the breaker off and then turn it back on and see if that corrects the problem.

Amana gas range bake burner does not heat

Pull the bottom of the oven off. You will see 2 to 4 screws that hold the panel on. The ignitor is under there. Look at the ignitor carefully for breaks. I say carefully as the ignitor is very easy to break.
