The short answer for your Nokia 5130c-2 "contact service problem" is that your phone suffers from SimLock data corruption. Your phone needs to have its firmware reflashed at a service center equipped with the correct hardware and software.
Many phones can be manipulated using only your computer and the USB cable that it ships with, but you should also know that if this is done incorrectly, the phone will be further damaged.
Unfortunately, your phone belongs to a difficult group for 'home fixing.'
There is some chatter that mxKey can successfully reflash it, but I don't see any proof in the forums that it 100% successful. (chatter) (chatter)
