Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
Hello there, sorry to hear about this problem. This is unfortunately fairly common with the Xbox 360, it means the laser unit on the actual dvd-rom of the xbox is having problems. Depending on how old your system is, Microsoft will fix this for free, or there may be a small fee. At this point you will want to call Nintendo at 1-800-4-My-Xbox, unless you want to try and replace it yourself. It is very hard to do though. I recommend you call them and explain the problem, they will definitely get you fixed up.
Please be sure to rate my answer 4 thumbs up, it is extremely important to me. I would be forever grateful. If you have more questions on this or need further clarification please just respond to this answer and I will get right back with you. So sorry you have to go through this, but Microsoft will definitely help get you fixed.
