Walbro wt-141 changeover to wt-629

If the carb has two connections then it is designed to work with a primer bulb, the fuel inlet will be nearest to the pump cover, the alluminium cover held with a single central screw, you can either get the correct carb for the machine or use a short rubber tube with a blank in the end ti close it off.

I have a poulan 335 weedeater it is six months old it starts with choke but when you press the trigger it bogs down and stalls you can keep it running if you keep the trigger pressed but if you let off it...

If its only six months old i would think it is a carb adjustment issue ( running too lean ) you need to richen up the mixture by un screwing the mixture screws, start with 1/8 turn on each

Out the box.Cranks and runs on cold.when you give it full throttle and knock it off fast idel try to let it idel it die's.After u use it a few min. it die's and want start back till it cools.

This is a common problem out of the box for weedeater products. This simply needs a carb adjustment which is not something the consumer can do (requires a special tool), You will need to take this to a weedeater dealer near you to get it done, it's covered under the warranty.

HOW DO YOU ADJUST THE CARBURATOR ON A POULAN P3500 STRING TRIMMER

Due to EPA regs, users are supposed to be restricted from adjusting carbs, but there are special tools provided by the manufacturers for this purpose. Only service techs are supposed to have them. Most carbs have an H and L adjusting needle on them. Some are Zama, some are Walbro and some are imitations of the 2. Some have "splined" heads, some have "Pac-Man" type heads (with small V-cut in them), and some are "D" shaped. With some ingenuity, one can fashion a tool to use to remove some of them. Small aluminum tubing can be forced over a splined head needle and turned. Small jewelers needle-nose pliars also may work. There are sellers that have tools for all these carbs. I would like to refer you to the Zama carburetor adjusting tech page.

String trimmer, fuel lines disintegrated, I need routing.

The Walbro has two connections on it for the fuel line. My Walbro has one connection on the side of the idle screw and main fuel adjusting screw. This connection hooks up to the suction side of the primer bulb. Usually the shorter stem. (You actually **** fuel through the carb instead of pushing it through.) On the other side of the carb is the other hook up. It draws fuel from the tank. This line will connect to the side of the tank that has the filter. The other side of the tank is your return and it hooks to the other connection on the primer bulb. Usually the longer stem.

I got a fs 66 weedeater hat wont start the carb has been rebuilt now there is too much gas in cylider which is flooding the plug and is blowing out the exaust any ideas

First check to make sure the primer tube and fuel pickup tube are'nt reversed. Primer tube is smaller.. If they are correct then when the carb was rebuilt either the gasket was installed after the fuel pump diapragm or the inlet needle wasn't adjusted correctly. Go to www.Zamacarb.com or www.walbro.com depending on your carb for correct instruction.

Either the spark arresting screen is clogged with carbon, or the carb is out of adjustment on the high speed jet.
