Every time i enter may product key, my acer aspire one netbook tells that it is invalid . .

The product key for, would it be the copy of Office you have installed? If so, you have to purchase that. If it is the OS key, that is on the underside of the laptop and if it doesn't work, someone else has registered it before you or as well as you I expect.

Hi there I just bought a new laptop which came with Microsoft office 2007. i have entered the product key that came with the machine but it keeps saying its invalid. Please can you help me with this. ...

The key that came with the laptop is for Windows, in case you need to reinstall it. For Office no key is provided since what you got is a trial package - if you want to keep using it then you must buy it for around $100.
Better get this office suite , it's as good as the 2007 one but free.

Invalid product key error occurs even if i try entering the product key which is available back side of my laptop.

The product key on the laptop is most likely for the Microsoft Operating System (XP, Vista, Windows 7) not the Microsoft Office Suite. You need the product key for that software package. It should be on the CD's or in the documentation you got with the laptop.

Acer 5338 Product Key is 'invalid'

As I supposed before you have a demo version of MsOffice that comes preinstalled with your operating system (Vista). It gets inactivated after several times of use until you provide a valid key. It means you have to purchase a licence. The key you have on the bottom of your laptop is, as it is written on it, the activation key for Vista. You can not use it to activate another porduct.
If you need a free software for your office work I suggest you to download and to install Open Office from the following link :

www.openoffice.org

It is similar with MsOffice and the main difference is that you have to save your files in format compatible with MsOffice so that to be able to open them on other computers with MsOffice. The format file you will choose it from a list of option you have during the saving procedure (98/2000/xp .doc for Word or .xls for Excel or .ppt for Power Point).

Product key not accepted

Hello Zamis,

Where did you receive the product key to enter for microsoft office? Did this come with the software that you brought seperately from the PC? The Product Key that is attached to the PC that may be on the back or side of the PC is most likely the product key for the windows operating system. Unless otherwise says Office XP, 2003, 2007 on it.
