When I've stopped and removed the key both cooling fans run and it flattens the battery. They run at full speed for a bit and then reduce speed and speed up and down. It s a VW Touran FSI 2005 model

Try unplugging the cooling fan relays. if the fans stop running, replace the relays. The fan relays are located in the plastic box under the hood, near the battery on top of inner fender well. The box lid has fuse and relay description printed on it.

I have a Nissan quest and the head gasket is blown should I use blue devils seal

No it won't work. And if you keep driving it, the head and engine block will need lots of flattening before you can put a new gasket there that will hold. The head gasket, does not hold some pressure, it has to hold thousands of explosions per minute for years and years.
Let a specialist check the head and engine need flattening.
Sorry English is not my first language, so I hope flattening is the correct word.

What are the bolts that hold on the cam cover on a 1977 xs750 yamaha torqued to? Can i use gasket sealer/silicone to reattach old gasket?

Cam cover nuts or screws usually require 15lbs tightness or torque. That is so you don't flatten the gasket. It needs just a bit of tension to squish- not flatten it, and this is its sealing factor. Usually, sealer is used if not replacing the old gasket and it has flat spots on it. Hope this helps.

My problem with my zzr 400 is everytime i turn on my headlight even parklights my battery discharge. i tested my rectifier and i think it works bec evrytime i accelerate my charge reading gets high ( m...

How old is your battery? Has it been overcharged?
The battery voltage at rest should read 12.8Volts when fully charged. If, when it is charging from the engine, the voltage exceeds 14.8Volts, suspect an overcharge as that will damage the battery and reduce its output power. I can't see there are any shorting problems as you would notice the hot wire smell.
I remember my old Honda 4 had a battery overcharging problem, many years ago, causing the side lamps to flatten the battery within half an hour. There was no regulator fitted to that old model, all it had was a large Zener Diode to stop the voltage going too high and mine was open circuit, boiling the battery!
Hope that helps.

How do you repair the hose if it is flattened in the mid way ?

Due largely to the electrical wiring, vacuum hoses are very difficulty to repair. If the hose is flattened/damaged, the wiring may have been damaged and construes a shock hazard at the least. Trying to repair the hose increases the possibility of wiring damage.
However, you can try getting a lenth of PVC or similar pipe that is a slightly smaller diameter than the hose. Insert one end into the canister end of hose and gently push it to the flattened area. Slowly and gently use it to work the flattened area out.
I don't know if this will work, but it's worth a try. If it doesn't, a new hose is needed.

Looking for manual for craftsman chipper

The manual can be found HERE.
On the left side of the page, under "Browse Subcomponents" you can use your RIGHT mouse button to open each page in a seperate window. This reduces the use of your BACK button, and personally, I find it more convenient.

Hope this helps.
