Chances are you have a magnetron failing.

It's about time for the keypad to be going too, so unless it's a convection type or you;re really attached to it, it may time to retire it.

If you want to check into parts / pricing, see:

If it has been over a 18 months, go get a new one. If not, do not take any leakage risks. If you do, wear a helmet or call 1-800-got-junk.

Microwave runs but doesn't heat. Can we replace the heating element ourselves?

There are no heating elements in a normal Microwave Oven: instead, an extremely dangerous High Voltage and Amperage Magnetron is used and its replacement is not considered safe for the average handyman!
Check if your unit is still under warranty and if so, take it to an approved warranty appliance repairer as directered by the manufacturer or supplier.
In any case, nowdays, the high cost of a replacement Magnetron (if you can find one) is usually more than the cost of a new equivalent Microwave oven.

Hope it helps!

Noisy and won't head up

That's usually a sign the magnetron tube (the microwave source) is no longer working. While the tube is replaceable, it's usually more economical to buy a new oven. New tubes can cost up to $100, plus the repair labor.

Microwave make a deep humming sound ,does not heat and the circuit breaks

I would say your magnetron has failed.

If it's within the magnetron portion of the warranty (usually 5-9 years) but out of the original full warranty (usually 1 year), then your manufacturer will cover the part cost, but not the cost to visit you or the labor charge to do the work.

If it's within the one-year time frame, the repairs should be free.
