I would make sure neither blade is upside down, means the little vanes must be UP. Then I would make sure that neither blade is freewheeling, i.e. not spinning with the belt's motion. There are a few problems with the mandrels, usually caused by hitting a stump or other immovable object, where a shear pin or other fail safe device snaps to save the other mechanical parts.

I have a Juki MO-816; it has stopped properly cutting edges before stitching by sucking the trim into the needle/loopers . Cleaned the blades with alcohol. What else can I do to address this issue?

Blades do become dull over time, even more so if sewing tough fabric (denim, etc) or hitting pins. Consult your owner's manual. Replacement blades are available but usually only one blade can be replaced by the owner. Frequently the other blade needs to be replaced by a qualified technician to meet specifications. Do not tarry in getting the blade issue addressed. The fabric being sucked into the loopers could cause looper damage/breakage or affect the machine's timing.

Overlocker the blades wont cut where can i but new blades

You may be able to find a replacement blade. Search the internet for:

Make + Model + the word "blade"

or contact manufacturer support.

Most of the time, only one blade can be replaced by a lay person. The other blade requires some technical skill (to assure accurate placement and timing), so you will most likely need to take it for service. Consult your owner's manual.

I have a craftsman jigsaw(scroll) that I got for Christmas last year. The blade comes out in the middle of my cut some time. Is there a problem with this type of jigsaw?? I have sanded the top of the...

Most of the time the cause for this is applying to much pressure on the blade as you are cutting. Remember, the blade does the cutting and you are guiding the jigsaw around the cut. This can strip the blade and wear the top of the mount. Adjust the way you cut and you should not have any problems.

How do i get blades closer on the pivot pro t liners

You really can't move the cutting edge on any andis trimmer blades without throwing them out of spec. I say this to say that if you try (and the blades are not precisely set) it will scrape and cut the skin when you attempt to use them. They are factory set for optimum cutting. If you have found that they aren't cutting as closely or as cleanly lately, it just might be time to replace the blade entirely. I have a set of those, and a styliner II, but I prefer the cutting power of my T-Outliner over all.

Craftsman 917273223 50' cut. Hit a stump with right blade started cutting poorly on right side. Replaced blade still cut bad. Replaced a 3 blades and still cutts bad on right. Held pully and tried to turn...

you need to bring all 3 blades to point at each other on the deck
do they all look the same?
aLL 3 should meet each other evenly with no more than 1/8th inch difference high or low point to point.
the stump strike could have bent the deck on that side
also be sure the fin side of the blades are pointing towards the deck when installed.
check that your deck is level on a level surface and the air pressure in all for tires are up to recommended pressure.
most of the time 14psi front and 10psi rear

Replacement blade position.

The blades have such a close tolerance tip to tip on a V belt deck that it makes no difference where they are positioned, On a 3 blade deck the center spindle is forward of the two outer spindles. So for that reason you still get a quality cut. Most all commercial units use a V belt and have a good quality cut.
Some john deere mowers have a timing belt with cogs like a car and their blades have to be in time
90 degrees perpindicular to each other and locked down and if you strike something then the timing will be off and your back working on your mower instead of cutting grass, and the belts are twice as expensive than a v belt.

Blade misalignment

The 1590, like several Bosch jigsaws, has a selector switch to choose the type of cutting action. You have to choose the appropriate cutting action, either straight or oscillating, to accommodate the material you cut and the blade you cut with. For instance, if using a very slender blade for clean curved cuts in wood, a slight oscillating motion ( setting II or III) reduces friction on the blade.
If you choose the straight cutting action you get maximum accuracy, but drastically increase the friction because the blade is held firmly to the roller bearing.  A slender blade can handle that for brief periods, (say... less than thirty seconds) in soft, thin wood with a straight cut. In hard woods or engineered wood products ( plywood, MDF etc.) the thin blade will heat up and bend.
You can reduce friction by choosing an oscillating cutting motion, or you can use a larger, sturdier blade. The "Aggressor" blades do not cut as smoothly as the "clean" blades, but they cut faster and are stronger. To cut thick wood ( 4x4 ) or a long cut in engineered material, that is the blade I use. Select number III or number II for 'type-of-cut' and use a bigger blade. See if that stops the "bucking."
Good luck!

Oster Golden A5 Clippers will not cut

These kinds of clippers are fussy about oiling and dirt. It is essential that the blades be spotless and well oiled FREQUENTLY. Oil after every haircut always. Also, if there is not enough tension on the blades, the hair will slip between the blade and blade guard, getting caught and damaging the blades. Blades should be screwed on tight. Also, it may be time to replace the blade if nothing else helps. These blades do not last very long in my experience especially if not carefully cleaned and oiled.
