I am looking for a replacement part for my Toshiba TV (model # 57H94), the bottom speaker cover.

What is the problem with the speaker cover? Is just the mesh damaged? If so you would have better luck replacing the mesh fabric yourself. You can purchase good replacement mesh fabric and adhesive at www.parts-express.com under speaker building supplies.

How can I clean the gray fabric covering speakers?

the cover should be held on by 1/4" hex head screws, you can use a 1/4" nut driver to remove them, I dont know if they are 2 on the bottom or 6 from behind on the sides. then the fun of trying to clean the stains? maybe some hydrogen peroxide?
