Question about Computers & Internet
Monitor usually goes blank because there is No Video Signal. (No signal)
This is because the computer isn't working to send a video signal.
Usually caused by a bad Power Supply.
Weak voltage power rail.
1) ALL the LED lights use less than 1 Watt of power.
2) EACH fan uses 2 to 3 Watts of power.
3) A typical Processor can use 51 to 125 Watts of power. Depends omn what Processor it is.
This is why you may have LED lights lit, and maybe fans spinning, but no computer.
Not enough power to turn the Processor on.
A failing or bad Power Supply is one of the leading causes of computer failure.
Another one is the computer, and Power Supply are dirty inside.
Change the Power Supply to a KNOWN to be good, Compatible one, for a test.
You never know, someone may have upgraded to a better computer, and have a working computer laying around that you can borrow the Power Supply for a test unit.
(Compatible, and known to be good Power Supply)
Post the computer manufacturer name, and Model Number in a Comment.

One of two things are happening here. Either there is a problem with the cord and/or electrical connection or there is too much dust in the ventillation holes on the monitor and its over heating. If you have not changed the power cord, then try relocating to a different power outlet. Then clean out the ventillation holes with a can of spray air and dusting.
