Question about Computers & Internet

Caused by a failing Harddrive, OR if you were doing a Recovery, and halted it in the middle, whether on purpose, or by a power outage.
I suggest ordering the Restoration Disk/s from HP, for YOUR computer if you do Not have them.
(Not talking about Resto disks you have made yourself)
In the U.S. the disks are free. The shipping and handling is not.
$17 for a 5 to 7 day ship, $24 for a 2 to 3 day ship.
[24 hrs a day, 7 days a week]
Have the Product Number of Your computer written down to give to the representative.
It's in the white Service Tag on the back of your computer tower, or up on the side.
The toll free number for the U.S. is 1-800-474-6836
