Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. Sorry, but I don't have good news for you, unfortunately it is time for a new one as replacing this will cost you more then a new one as there is no way of repairing the cracked screen. Please accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Thanks

Rylee

My son head hit the bottom left corner (near corner) there a crack in the glass but doesnt look to deep but now tv wont turn on

Sorry this tv can't be repair the Plasma screen panel is dead. The Plasma screen crack causes the radiations leakages, that why tv screen can't sustance the radiations at all to be able to light up,even tv still have enough radiations to light the Plama screen internal screen menbrance will have a big cracks like a spider web or a huge shatter like a car windshield broken glasses within it safety plastic shield. The tv Plasma screen panel is 90% inportant functions to the tv,by replacing the Plasma screen panel, will cost the same as a new tv,sorry this tv now only worth as a salvage tv for it eclectronic boards for parts, that it.

Is it possible to replace the screen on the tv?.. It is completely shattered...

Yes you can replace the screen. The idea may not be cost effective. You can probably purchase the same TV at the same cost. If you would like to replace the screen, I would suggest you look for the identical TV. A garage sale, pawn shop or a TV repair shop for one that is available for salvage. You will have to be patient. These TVs are still new on the market, and demand is still high for salvaged parts. Just be patient. See Encompass Parts or Shop Jimmy websites for some of these for salvage. Thanks for asking, and good luck, show a few hands of support.

Where can we get a new screen for our tv? it cracked, but the lamps and everything else is still intact.

Sorry these tv are no longer in productions. But,if it is still do,not worth fixing etheir.Because the tv picture screen panel are 90% important to the tv functions and it is limited productions by the tvs corporations. The only place u can buy the tvs picture screen panels are by the tvs corporations themselves.Yes,they'll sell the picture screen panels to u,but prices will cost the same as a new tvs.Sorry if have a tv,have damages or broken tvs pictures screen panels.Ur tv is not worth a whole tv anymore.Only worth as salvages for it electronic boards for parts, that it.

No,not worth repairing,if the LCD or CRT screen panels are broken or damage.Because it 90% of the tv functions value. The replacement of the LCD or CRT screen panels, will cost about the same as a new tv.Because,no where else u will able to buy a LCD or CRT screen panels for the replacement, beside the tvs corporations themself. They are limited produce.Ur tv,now only worth as electronics boards parts for salvage.

Auto directional light lens is shattered

Forget the lens repair---it won't happen. You need to replace the whole assembly.

Purchase a used one at a salvage yard, and avoid the dealer. No one wants to sell a lens cover--trust me.

And, if you do happen to find (an aftermarket made in China), it won't meet Federal Standards, and could keep you from getting a valid vehicle inspection sticker (should you be in a state where you need it).

The inside door on my oven is cracked. What can I do to make the oven usable to cook Turkey?

If it is only cracked and still otherwise intact (not shattered in bits) you are OK to cook the turkey. Just don't put it in self clean until you replace or have the glass replaced. Brian
