Question about Cobra Digital DCA1030 Digital Camera

1 Answer

Hello. I have problems taking pictures with my Cobra DCA1030 indoors. The flash either seems to be entirely too bright or if I don't use the flash the picture is too dark. Pictures taken outdoors turn out fine but I wish I could use it indoors as well. I wasn't sure if there were any recommended settings that would make for better indoor pictures? Thank you, Jason S

WHEN I TURN ON THE CAMERA AND TRY TO TAKE A PICTURE IT SAYS CARD LOCKED? I CANNOT FIND MY MANUAL RIGHT NOW AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE SEEN THIS!

SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.

Indoor photos are too dark and skin tones orange-ish

I have the same problem at my church with the indoor lighting on my camera. I'm able to get it work by putting the whole thing on manual and adjusting the lighting settings that way.

Go to manu, check the setting. There can be an option for pictures outdoor or indoor, also check the flash settings.

Pictures look like a bright light has been turned on.

Hello, posted by clowrie When I take a photo (doesnt matter if I am nusing flash or not) the photo is all white washed and there are fine lines along the entire picture. Does any one have any suggestions for what may be the issue? Comment by clowrie, Because of your help I was able to findout that Sony is aware of the CCD problem and is reparing the problem for free. Thanks so much for the help.

Why do some of my pictures come out dark or with shadows?

Your Polaroid Fun! Digital 320 camera does not have a flash. If pictures are coming out dark, it's because there wasn't enough light in the surroundings when the picture was taken. Remember, it's important to take photos in brightly lit surroundings. When taking pictures indoors, make sure that the room has bright lighting. For best results, take pictures during daylight hours with a combination of indoor and outdoor light, preferably near a window.
