Question about Kenmore 25512/ 25513 Progressive Canister Vacuum
Two things you can do. First, remove the brush and you will find a small plastic clip at each end that holds it in place. Spray a bit of WD40 between the brush and each of these clips then turn each of the clips by hand while holding the brush. They should turn freely with the WD40. As long as you have the brush off, put on a new drive belt. That should rectify the situation unless the motor is burned out. Paul
