Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I need to control the access on the internet how do i do this and manage my BT Hub

If by control access on internet in other accounts you could set up parental control and modify settings with time frames when can someone access certain programs. functions are limited in parental control accounts. If BT is refer to Bitorrent - usually BT software on preference or options have the option to allocate bandwidth usually set on "0" which is unlimited - if you set for ex 250 - your limiting your download or upload to 250 kb./s

Allowing Network Access with Blank Passwords with Vista

Although you can log in locally without a password, by default, Vista does not allow network users to access the computer without a password.
To change this setting:
Run gpedit.msc
Go to Computer Configuration / Windows Settings / Security Settings / Local Policies / Security Options
Double click on Accounts: Limit local account use of blank passwords to console login only
Disable this option

I have been disconnected from the internet. I have a contract with tmobile with unlimited internet acess but havent paid the bill. Can I connect to the internet myself

Well, the unlimited internet access is a contract between you and Tmobile that in a specific month e.g. $49 / month unlimited access , you need to pay for it in order to continue enjoying unlimited internet browsing. You will not able to connect to internet alone..
