Will not Reboot back into Windows?

Well you kinda messed up your windws instillation and the only way you are going to get the pc working again as a complete format and reinstall..

1.) boot from the windows xp cd,
2.) delete the partition to remain with one huge unpartationed spcce.
3.)select this unpartationed space and hit enter
4.)do a full format and let windows reinstall it self.

this will remeover everything on your harddrive including the messed up files and boot sector, rewrite you mbr etc..
WARNING IT WILL REMOVE EVERYTHING..

so you will need to reinstall all your drivers and software..

if you need further help or details reply here ..

When i turn on my computer its starting to blinking and the change in to black screen. how i can sort out this problem kindly advise

If you see the windows xp sign on boot then things are not that bad. If you do not see any bootup text such as memory count, bios check, any text...then you may have a break in your ribbon connector to your lcd bezel.
if you can see any text try this:
on bootup, hit F8 constantly until you get the startup menu, select last known good configuration, reboot.

if nothing except flashing, you will need servicing on your LCD.

Trying to install windows XP expert on R61. BIOS does not recognize CD drive on bootup. What is the preferred order for bootup?

Change the boot order so that CDROM / DVD is first. Sometimes it's labled Optical Drive. If your machine won't read the XP cd try carefully cleaning the lens with a DRY q-tip.

Let me know if you need any more help!

If this has a CD drive boot from a cd copy of Windows, this will get you booted. Fixing the problem will take some detective work.

How to fix a back screen on a dell laptop

Press F8 at boot up to get a menu with various options. Select Safe Mode and boot. Once booted, go to display settings and set your monitor right. If that does not work, then F8 at bootup and select the options which says "Last good Bootup". that should do away the new driver you loaded.

Needs a reboot

Depends what you mean by Bootup disk. Windows 95/98 used to use these to get into diagnostic tools for windows xp the install cd is where all the advanced recovery stuff is. If you want a computer to bootup like it did with a windows 98 bootdisk you can go to bootdisk.com and get a copy. Hope this helped!
