Kemore, Europro and New Home are made by Janome (who also now own Elna), so if you contact the Janome HQ in your country, they may be able to assist......

....try and speak to one of the older technicians for a better chance , and if you can take a photo, that would probably be helpful......

...thing is, not all models of all brands, indeed variants of brands, are issued globally, or if they were, may have had a different name or casing in UK, Europe, US, Australasia etc..

...most of the questions in this forum come from the USA, and it is often forgotten that there actually is a larger world out there !!

Just above where you write comments are several icons, a Globe...a Tree... YouTube etc.

Select the Tree and a dialogue box opens to browse to the location of the image you wish to attach, just make sure the image is smaller than 150KB, or it will be rejected by the system.

If that fails, drop a line through the "Contact Us" page at www.bargainbox.com.au, and I shall see what I can find out.....although am Australian based Janome dealer, & Kenmore was not a brand we have had here to my limited knowledge, so a USA contact would probably have more and broader resources (there are only 20mill people in Oz, so a tiny market really, smaller than California !!)

How do I mount this machine into an older cabinet where the machine drops into in horizontally for storage?

I don't think you would be able to - some sewing machine models came with a "Duplex" base which is different from the standard flat base with feet.

The duplex base is like a shallow dish with fixing points around it and allows the base portion to be bolted into a cabinet.

From the description of your cabinet I think you'd need some means to attach the bottom of the machine to the plate that swings to the horizontal plane.

I think someone would need to make a mounting up to suit your machine and somehow bolt this to the base/chassis of your machine.

I would like to sell my pfaff 370 but i don´t know how much it´s worth. could you tell me. i don´t know from what year it is but it´s old. some one gave it to me. and i don´t ...

its a heavy duty machine, nearest that you can get to a commercial machine. but with it being that old maybe worth about 100 to 150 if it sews good.

How do I put my Bernia sewing machine in it's permanent cabinet?

I have the 1130 when it was new and there wasn't a cabinet.

Is this something like you are referring to?

http://www.sew4ever.com/DeltaFurniture/ArrowCabinets.htm

You will note that not all brands/models will work with this particular brand/model of cabinet.

I don't know how to thread the machine and how to put in the bobbin. I have a White 1410 machine.

I don't have a solution, but I wanted to thank GUEST for the drop of oil solution - I was about to buy a new machine and throw out the one I have ( 3 years old!) because it wouldn't wind up thread on the bobbin. You've saved me money and futher frustration :-)

Need new sewing machine to fit in 1979 cabnet

If you have a flatbed machine they are normally all 16 inches long and will fit into any sewing machine cabinet, if you have a free arm machine it will mean a tailor made cabinet for the model you have which is normally made by Horn Cabinets but they are vfery expensive, you have not said what is exactly happenning to your machine when you select the stitches.

Changing sewing machine in cabinet

Is it a flatbed or a free arm machine? Flatbeds have fixings on the back to attach them to a cabinet so they can drop down inside. A freearm doesn't. From what you say about it being a different shape I really doubt it. If your new machine is a freearm you need to use it on a flat surface-if its a flatbed and has a base you should be able to install it in a cabinet or use it on a flat surface.
