Question about RIM BlackBerry 7250
I have a 7250. We have entered the programming code incorrectly too many times. I now have the code, ##000008 enter, but i get this error message "usage of programming lock code has exceeded the limit". Is there anyway to reset the command prompt? Thanks.

If you use a BB desktop manager your in luck, you have a back up file? Keep reentering passcode and eventually your blackberry will master reset. Make sure you have the lastest software on your blackberry.

As a security feature, the BlackBerry device is designed to allow a maximum of 10 attempts by the BlackBerry device user to type the correct password. After the tenth attempt, if the correct password has not been typed, all data is erased from the BlackBerry device in order to discourage its theft or misuse.If u r a blackberry enterprise user then contact ur BES administrator and request to reset the password.If u r not a blackberry enterprise user then there is no way to have the password changed without wiping all data from your BlackBerry device.

well, just by the way you do it, you already know what to do, entered again your pincode if its wrong and is blocked, it will ask again for puk code, now enter your puk code, enter the new pin, don't type 0000, just type 1111, type again 1111 to confirm, then check..

First you have to re start you device .
If your problem is same as before , you have to re install OS in your BlackBerry device via desktop manager.
