Xbox 360 trying to recover my game tag

If you have the windows live id type that in or if you have the credit card information. those are the only two ways to do it. if you were putting one from your original xbox to you 360 you should be able to type in the credit card info. Or if you dont have a windows live id make one

It may be that you accidentally deleted your gamer tag. try recovering it from Xbox live. if you deleted your tag you may have also accidentally deleted your saves too which you cannot recover.

My hard drive lost my gamertag and wont recover it, what happened? what can i do?It's 120 GB elite console


Go to the Xbox Live sign in and scroll over until you see "recover gamer tag" and follow the instructions.

Hi there can you help me i signed up about a year and a half ago using the xbox 360 but now when i try to connect it says cant connect an try to recover your profile how do i do that


Go go XBOX Guide button and sign out from all of your profiles. Select 'Recover Gaming tag' and enter all the information.Sign in to your profile.Now if you are using Zune tag check your billing information.You need to do this billing process otherwise there is no way of downloading any content from XBOX live

just recover them. sign all profiles out and pull up the xbox guide then click recover gamertag.

Cant connect with Xbox Live


I don't know if you did this or not yet but..Try talking to "Hardware" support. ask for hardware, they may know. just a suggestion
