According to information provided by the manufacturer, you may wish to see if unplugging the TV for 1-2 minutes then reconnecting it resolves the issue. If this TV does not turn on after doing so, you may be looking at a potential electrical failure or defective lamp. If the TV does power on however, you may wish to make sure that the TV is not only on the correct input station, but that you also have any on-screen captions disabled as these can sometimes block images from properly displaying.
