Question about Canon PIXMA MP190 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have an MP130. I find that when I have a 5100 error you just need to change the cartridges even though the software may say there is ink left in the cartridge. I think there is a chip on the cartridge itself when sends a message that the printer doesn't understand.
First off though you can disconnect the printer from the outlet, count to 10 and then switch it back on. Also, don't be tempted top refill cartridges or use anything but genuine replacements unless you want problems! Been there, done that :>)
