It means that your on-board memory is full and you need to add an SD card. I had same problem and this fixed it immediately. The stinking on-board memory can hold only 1 30 second video!

How do I view video

First set the camera to Playback mode. On the back of the camera there are two circular buttons. Looking at the top circular button, the bottom option is a right-pointing arrow. Press that arrow.

The last thing you photographed or recorded will display on the screen. If this is not what you are looking for, you will need to navigate to the correct item. To do this, use the bottom circular button that has both a left-pointing arrow and a right-pointing arrow. Use the left-pointing arrow to go back through your images/recordings.

The video recording should play automatically and repeat when completed.

Where is the batter located and how do I put it in.

On the bottom edge of the camera, to the right as viewed from the back. Near the corner of the camera there's a little latch with an arrow pointing toward the back of the camera. Slide the latch in the indicated direction and the battery door will open.

If you've lost your manual, you can get one from http://www.kodak.com/global/en/service/products/ekn032293.jhtml?pq-path=8961
