Kicker zx350.4 protect light red and blinking

SOURCE: blinking protection light on mrv-t757 amp

Could be the power supply or output stage electrolytic capacitors.
Possibly breaking down/drying out inside.

check that your ground wire is connected properly to both your amp and body of vehcile you may need a thicker earth wire

Are you getting any sound output at all from amplifier?
Is there a popping or banging coming from speaker?
It could possibly be a faulty output mosfet that is ocillating cause DC to leak onto the speaker output causing it to flip into protect.
