This is a good time to check your belts tensioner for free movement and good spring tension. If the tensioner is good replace the belt.

Why isn't my huskee-riding-mower-not-moving on an incline?

more than likely drive belt is stretched and slipping, look for tensioning device and adjust it up but not too much to keep it from disengaging when needed.

My riding mower will no longer climb up a incline but will move on flat ground. What is wrong?

If it is hydrostatic check the oil in the trans-axle, if standard shift the drive belt is probably slipping
