check the Paper Feed Tray.. is there something in the way? does it go up and down? if it is all the way up or down maybe it got pushed off the rail?

risoguy hit it right on the head - but - if you are like me, and have no idea how to take off the drum screen and body --- all around the two ends of the drum are small machine screws - you have to take the 4 out that hold the piece that clamps down the master, and remove the clamp - then all the screws around the two ends - 2 on each side have slotted holes in the drum body, so just loosen them - you need them to realign the drum body and screen when you put them back on. I kept the screen and body together when i did it. on the bottom is the big roller, covered with ink - if you look between that roller and the center of the drum, you will see the piece with two stiff wires, one short and one long - the short one needs to be cleaned completely of ink. When I put mine back together, it worked like a charm!

E11 is the pressure control motor encoder has nothing to do with the master problem it is most likely out of time. (grinding noise)
