Phone wont turn on (by 7 users)
My phone will not turn on or charge. It worked fine yesterday, then i woke up this morning and it was off and will not turn back on or charge. All i get is a black screen and nothing happens.

I had a 13 month old phone that suddenly would not charge with either of the chargers. Had a message on the screen that said"Unable to charge" every time I did try to charge it. I had not dropped the phone or gotten it wet or nay type of abuse.Tried a new battery. Nope. Took to Alltel where they informed me it is something inside the phone. They cleaned the contacts. Still would not work. I finally gave up and bought another E815 since I liked the phone. Motorola has discontinued it and I think I now know why.
The new phone was suppose to be a thoroughly tested one and came with a new battery, chargers, etc. I had this phone 2 weeks and guess what? It is now doing the same thing! Anybody else having these problems like we are?

MY MOTOROLA E815 WORKED PERFECTLY UNTIL LAST WEEK.
I had been using it rather extensively and plugged it into the car charger. I thought everything was fine. Whe unplugged (after 30 min. driving) I unpluged phone, All lights indicated a full charge was availble. Withing 5-6 minutes the battery was all red showing no charge. I plugged it back into car charger and the message "Unable to charge" shows up.
Get home; does the same thing on my regular home charger. Phone was purchased 2/15/08. Any thoughts

i actually dropped my phone in my cereal and it still worked. when i turned it off to dry it it would'nt even turn on i tried putting it in the fridge because i thought it was hot but no it wont work?
