Question about Computers & Internet

1 Answer

Its a bit hard to describe. When I scroll down to read its like the top part of the email or words on a forum also move or shift. I can read fine, not blurry but the whole page moves and then stops O.K. so I can read until I use the mouse again to scroll down. Its like overlapping or someone said waves in the ocean. Its rather hard on the eyes and annoying. My monitor should be fine, not that old. It was sent back to Samsung and I received a new one I believe about 2 years ago. I checked all the plugs,no appliances near it.

This sounds like a problem with the amount of graphics memory, Do you have problems with video playback?
Have you the most up to date display drivers?
This is not an easy problem to diagnose without your complete system specs, you may get a better answer if you can give more info on your PC setup

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How can i delete old email.

start at the first one you would like to delete
highlight that line
while holding down the shift key scroll down the list of e-mails until you get to the last one ( scrolling to the bottom line and still holding the scroll button( and shift key) down will bring up all e-mails that you cannot see) until the last e-mail appears on the screen
lift you finger of the shift key and scroll button and at this point all the e-mails will be highlighted
move the cursor to the delete cross at the top under the view heading and click on it
you will get a message that says do you want to delete all emails listed , press yes and wait until the screen goes blank and a message that says there are no emails here
Now you go to the trash /deleted item box , repeat the process and when you do all that the trash box will be empty as well and all unwanted e- mails will be gone

2004 toyota solara transmission problem

is this a manual automatic tranny, we can not guess this.
yes an A/T
the key word gear fails
in any A/T is PRNDL shifter. and switches,.

you meant the shift lever fails to move from PARK to drive.
that means the shift park lock DEVICE is broken
its a safety device, why hack that.?
hacking it gets you to where you are now. (hacking H3LL)
fix the park luck, and all is good.

why not read the FSM on this topic, it covers all the tests
or alldata.com.

or get it fixed, if reading the book is too hard.

How to delete e-mail without having to go one by one.

you can click the top then scroll down to the bottom hold the shift button and then left click the last one, this will highlight everything in that list and you can delete it all in one go, If you would like to keep specific emails then you can easily scroll up to the ones you wnt and pressing and holding the control key you can click the mail you want, after you have done this process you can then click on delete to delete the rest of the mail This is of-course if your using outlook express or msn live mail, if your using online mail service then at the top of all the emails should be a checked box by clicking this it will put a checked tick in all the boxes and you mass delete them, like the previous bit you can then scroll down to Un-Check the ones you want to keep then delete the rest. if you would like further help please ask away. Hard shifting

after checking oil level in auto box(top line on dipstick in "P")try this, without using any gas at all,put into drive and let car reach max speed (about 30/35).then using half gas do the same, without moving your right foot, then if safe do the same, with full gas.as the gearbox is computer controlled, you have just reset the shift pattern back to its start position. The car will now change according to your driving style,(if multi user,it will take about 50m to read your style again)
if driven hard it will change hard.......
any help??

Couple of suggestions:

1) try holding the ctrl key and rolling the mouse wheel down.
2) open the message in it's own window, click Other Actions, select zoom from the menu, choose desired zoom level and click ok
3) If using a previous version of MS word, change outlook from using word as your email editor to outlook as the email editor (TOOLS | OPTIONS | MAIL FORMAT tab)

Mighty Mouse won't scroll down

I have had the same problem on occasion.  I found that if I turn the mouse over and tickle it...  It works!  Only kidding...
Turn the mouse over, push down hard so the ball is depressed, and move it vigorously in all directions.  That usually dislodges whatever is trapped inside.
