    the serial number is: 1598390MM

I want to use my self cleaning oven and do not have the manual. The model number is: WM2750B and the serial number is 15932930MM. Please do not advise me to use the manual as the helper before you suggested. If I had the manual, I would not need your help.

    Thank you.

I have searched for the manual but have been promised a copy. I simply want instructions meanwhile so I can clean the oven.

IIt has taken all day but thank you very, very much. Didn't mean to be insulting but my previous attempts told me to check the manual. Very disconcerting on this end but you solved my problem with great courtesy so thanks!!!!

Usually the best way to get instruction are to search the web for them. Simply go to google typr the make and model of your unit and add instruction manual. An example is the format below
"Kenwood MW440 instruction manual" this should give you results to help download an instruction manual which will direct you as to how the operating of your device is. The procedure for self cleaning will be found there.
Also you could send me the make and model and i can carry out the search for you.
Hope this solution has been helpful?

Wouldnt dare take you for dumb and refer you back to your manual because i know if you had it you wouldnt be asking for help. Here is a link to help you download a manual for the Jenn Air oven. Now you dont have to wait for it to be sent to you.http://www.jennair.com/assets/product/81...
just copy and paste on your browser address bar then you can download the manual.
The instructions for self clean can be found on page 24.
    Hope this solution is helpful?

Hi.....
Different Microwave Ovens have different methods , basically a Botton or a command in the menu . You need to give me the model no. of your Microwave Ovens so that i can answer you accurately

Don't have a model no so compiling general instructions

Self cleaning oven instructions vary slightly from model to model, so always consult the correct instructional manual for specific directions for your particular appliance. If you've never owned a self cleaning oven before, you'll find that it requires a gentler attitude towards cleaning than your previous oven.

Standard self cleaning oven instructions allow you to keep your oven clean without having to get down on your hands and knees, hosing the inside with oven cleaner and putting on a face mask to keep from breathing in the fumes. Self cleaning ovens are simpler to clean and kinder on the back, buttocks and arms, not to mention the sinuses.
Empty the Oven Take out the oven racks, foil and anything removable from the internal oven. Do not spray any oven cleaner inside the oven. Dispose of the foil and wash the racks in the sink. You may need to use oven cleaner on the racks to cleanse baked on grease off. If you choose to leave your racks in the oven during the cleaning cycle, you can use vegetable oil to wipe the racks down and restore some luster to the metal.
Set Self Cleaning Cycle Never run the self cleaning cycle on your oven while not home. If you have excessive buildup on the bottom of the oven it will smoke. The heat is very intense in self cleaning ovens. The heat is designed to turn the debris, grease and dirt into ash. The average self cleaning cycle lasts about three hours. The oven temperature will be extremely hot. During summer time, you should run the self cleaning cycle late at night or early in the morning to avoid over taxing the air conditioner during the heat of day
After Cleaning Cycle When the self cleaning cycle ends, allow the oven a couple of hours to cool down. Use a gentle, damp cloth or sponge and wipe out the ash from the inside of the oven. Wiping down the residue is important. Take note of the areas around the seals and the front exterior door will not be cleaned by the self cleaning process. You can clean these areas with a gentle cloth and hydrogen peroxide. Regular wipe downs of these areas will help prevent soil build up.

For details specific to cleaning your oven, you'll need to consult the manual provided by the manufacturer. Please note that instructions may vary from one model to another as well as by company. Contact the manufacturer of your particular oven directly to obtain instructions for your appliance. Alternately, Kitchen Manuals Online is a resource for finding and sharing hard-to-find appliance manuals.

How do you start the self cleaning oven process on a kenmore stove purchased from Sears in 2009?

  1. Empty the Oven
    • Take everything out of the oven. Remove the racks and clean them with soap and water in the kitchen sink. Look for any loose debris such as foil or charred food and remove that as well.
    Oven Cleaning
    • To operate the self cleaning mode, find the switch on the range marked "Clean." The oven door will lock once the cleaning operation has started. Do not open the door until after the self-cleaning process has completed. It will take between two and three hours.
During the cleaning process, you may see and smell smoke. This is normal because the oven is operating at a higher temperature than when it is cooking. The high temperature is reducing all the organic matter in your oven to ash. You will also sometimes hear popping sounds from the oven that is caused by the expansion of metal under extreme heat. This is normal for a self-cleaning operation.
After the oven has completed the cleaning cycle, allow it to cool for a couple of hours. Once cool, take a damp dish cloth and remove the ash from the bottom of the oven. Wipe down the interior of the oven door and around the seal. Be careful around the seal so you do not damage it. Replace the racks back in your oven, and the cleaning operation is complete.
    Other Considerations
    • Clean your oven at least once every three months. If your oven gets heavy use, consider cleaning it once a month. Always run the self-cleaning cycle when you are home. Because it uses intense heat, it is best to perform this operation later in the evening or early in the morning.
