Hi, why the ******** is too light is because the ******** is getting weak that's why the vibration is light.

You will need to replace the ******** with a new one.

After ******** is replaced,problem solved.

Hi, Since you found out it is encrypted, and there is no way you can detect how to fix it, i would advice you take it back to where you purchased it, and make your complains.

Moreover you just got the phone is till fresh and new and will definitely come with a guarantee right? you can take it for them to replace it with another one that will not have a loo ********.

    Hope that will help.

    Take care.

the samsung sync is a pretty good phone with many options of customization available. problem is, most are hidden. heres how to access them:

1. open phone, and push the side key under the memory card slot. [alternatively, just get to the PROFILE option. in that case, skip 2]

2. scroll over to the 'PROFILE' setting

Samsung gt e2120. how can i have it on silent without it vibrating?

Go in the profile and select any profile then select personalize and select INCOMING Call Alert on Off ( Do not select any Tune). this way ur mobile will recieve the call, the screen will show the incoming call but there will be no voice. Ensure that the vibration should also be off as you want it so.

Droid X phone won't ring for incoming calls.

Found on Motorola Support:

1. Make sure that the "Smart Profile: Face Down" feature is enabled.
2. Hold the phone face up in your palm.
3. Call your Droid X from another phone.
4. As the phone is vibrating, DO NOT ANSWER.
5. Still holding the phone, flip the phone face down as it vibrates.
6. Still holding it face down, hit your volume key to silence the phone.
7. Flip the phone back over so it's face up. You should feel a quick vibrating jolt indicating the ringer is back on.
8. End the call. It shouldn't matter which phone you end the call from, as feeling the jolt is the key.
9. Leave phone face up and call yourself again. If the ringer is now working again, turn OFF "Smart Profile: Face Down" until there's a true fix.
10. If it does not work initially, try all of the steps again a few more times and hope you get lucky.

Samsung a177 bluetooth help??????/

I'm sorry buddy because there is no way for your phone to pair up with other BT capable phones because eventhough the phone has bluetooth, it is only capable of pairing up with a bluetooth carkit & bluetooth headset.

The SGH-A177 does not have a File transfer profile (FTP) under the bluetooth profiles that ur phone is supporting.

U need to have another higher model but call Samsung first to inquire if the other Samsung phone you want to buy has a file transfer profile.

check this bluetooth article.

that info is straight from Samsung....
