We have a Canon imageClass D860. It came up with the error code E000. We have unplugged several times and left unplugged. When we plug back in, the error message is still there. Have any answers? Charlene

Error Msg E000

E000 is a fixing unit failure...either the thermistor or fixing lamp failed. Not sure about individual part replacement, most likely needs entire unit replaced....then reset the code.
