Question about Hoover Vacuums
Check to see if the low voltage wires are attached to the tank. At the tank, if you switch it to manuak, will it work then? If so, then replace the relay board that is inside the tank. Is the problem at all outlets, or just one of them, if just one, then you have a bad outlet. Otherwise you could have a problem with the switch in the hose handle.
