Connected the ipod Nano 8gb blue to my home computer when it was purchased, it indicated that it was charging for about 1 minute, then my computer said the hardware was not recognized. I brought it to work and it says the same thing except that the external device was experiencing problems.

Sometimes the ipod needs to be connected to an AC power source at a certain point if you ran it too long. So you need to connect it directly to power with a wall charger not through your computer.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

How do i make it turn on its just a black screen it shows it is fuuly charged on itunes

Perhaps your LCD Screen has malfunctioned.
1> Make sure hold switch is not activated.
2> press any button to turn on the device
3> put your ear up to the back of it. if you can hear the little hard drive spinning (very faint on smaller iPods, listen carefully.). if you hear it the device is on and working, and your LCD is not working. you will need to take it to Apple to have it repaired.

Iphone will not turn on! Shows Apple logo then fades out?

Leave the phone plugged into the car charger with the "plug into itunes" screen long enough to build a charge. It sounds like the phone is dying before it gets a chance to connect to itunes and start charging through the computer. If this does not work then the store clerk was correct and your battery will need replacing

Macbook screen 2/3 blank. like white blind pulled up from bottom.

I would suggest that this is a problem with either the screen, or the connecting cables. There is no easy way to fix this yourself, so I would recommend taking it to an Apple store, or Apple authorised service provider to get a diagnostic of the problem. Apple stores won't charge you to find out what is wrong, so it might be worth checking it out.

The screen only shows the black screen with apple logo, it doesn't proceed to the main menu, it also does not shut off, same screen, black screen with the faint apple logo. Thank you.

press and hold the menu and center button and the ipod will reboot. If this helps you should restore it and reload your music, this occurs when you get a bad file or song
