Please unplug the unit for at least 2 hours. These units have a very old type of memory battery that can get info that confuses it. After 2 hours, without plugging in the unit, press the power button down that you'd normally turn it on with and hold it down for 5 minutes (there is a great deal of residual electricity remaining in the machine that can drain out thet way.

Then

Pluug in your player and press the power button. If it does not return to normal, you'll want to have a specialist in and solve it. Make sure you get a 90 Day Guarantee and that the specialist has at LEAST 1 employee.

Kind Regards,

Hi,

This is a hub that is supposed to play dinked and undinked records. They had 33rpm and 45 rpm records back then, so to change the record speed the small hole records pushed down the hub flat when it landed on it, which might have changed the gearing. When a dinked (big hole) record lands on it falls onto the larger part of the hub. So if the hub is down and stuck there that's your problem. After the hub has been pushed flat (because of a small hole record) it is supposed to rise up again when the record is returned to the carousel. Have a look under the turn table and push up the centre rod.

The machine knows where the Cds are on the carousel by counting as it turns. The sensor that does this is a light gate situated at about 6 oclock on the edge of the carousel. There is a little light in there like a torch bulb. If you cant see a little light in there then that's your problem.

I have a 1962 Wurlitzer 1015 which has a Selection and Credit computer for coins credits. There was this Auto mode which used to be able to use but now, the jukebox can only operate one disc at a time. ...

It would not be 1962 as CDs weren't invented.
Continuous play is achieved by flipping the Continuous Play switch on the right of the computer. Or using the Option button on the remote control. One or the other plugs into GREEN plug on the left side of the computer. If the plug is off it won't work.

I have a Wurlitzer One More time 1015 that plays 45's. It sat for a long time and I finally decided to start it back up. I had to replace the main 6A fuse which got the light working, but then i

Is the switch for the Gripper motor On? There is a switch near the turntable. After that it gets complicated. Bascially it is waiting for the gripper motor to work, so either the switch, the computer or the motor are not doing what they should.

How do you know it is the top left bulb and not the top right bulb? The arch lights work as a pair. If one goes out they both go out.

I purchased a used Wurlitzer 1015, question When selecting number 51 is a code number 82 and does not play can you explain me this, what the problem is thanks

The number of Cds in the carousel can be set on the Credit unit to stop it playing fresh air if for example you only have 50 Cds and not a whole 100. Sounds like yours is set to 50 so won't play anything over 50.
I 'think' this is what you do.
On the computer credit unit...
Service Switch ON...Press LT button.
Press 5 on the keyboard once.
Enter 0000
Service Switch off.
Press LT or turn machine off/on.

Jukebox lights work - when turned on the record carousel does not reset and the LED display does not work and records do not play

The problem could be the selection and credit computer or possibly the K7 switch actuator. I can repair the computer and I stock the K7 switch actuator. Please email tech@wurlitzer-ohio.com

When we turn it on we cannot add credits to play the records. The box that tells you the credits is not lighting up.

This sounds like a problem with your Selection and Credit Computer. I can fix this for you and even help troubleshoot to make sure that is the problem. Please email tech@wurlitzer-ohio.com and I'll email back my phone number.

This is a problem is with the Wurlitzer 1015 One

Make sure the Service switch on the jukebox Credit Unit (computer) is in the off position.

It actually sounds like a Selection and Credit computer fault.

Jukebox wil not play . . . all relays buzz when unit is powered up. Might be a bad power supply???

Is this a Wurlitzer One More Time you are talking about? There are no relays. Well there are, but they are in the credit computer. Is that what you mean?
