Try this, reboot your system and when you see the logo hit f8 a couple of times, it will bring you to a black screen with many different options. arrow down and select the one that says restore to last known good configuration and hit enter. It will bring up a list of dates and choose the date that you are sure your computer was working correctly, hit enter and your computer will reboot and if this took care of it you will now be able to successfully access windows. If this doesnt work or you do not have the option to restore please let me know and we will try step 2.
