Question about Garden
Remove the filter and fill it to max before you put it on. If this doesn't fix it you can try putting air pressure on tank. I do this by putting a line from compressor in side tank. (not deep enough to get into fuel). I seal around the lid with a rag to seal it up and develop air pressure. Give it a try. This has worked for me, good luck.
