all that you have to do is get online, go to the logitech website, go to the support/software link, and look for the picture of the webcam that LOOKS like yours, and then you should get a few diffferent options. i lost my cd once, and that is all that i had to do
Okay you can try and go on the internet and see if there is a driver download for vista for your cam.

If not I would probably suggest an updated camera since vista was made for newer versions.Just make sre your new cam supports vista
The same thing happend to me. I, unplugged the cam. reinstalled the drivers from the toshiba cd. rebooted. plugged my cam back in. and It was working normally again. Then I reinstalled livemessenger rebooted again and everything is worked fine. Good luck with it mate.
