Hi that is because you get some dust or sand in the lens mechanism wheres that block the lens to slide out
you can try to air arround the base off the lens while trying
to put on and off...
its all i can do from here

this is either a slow shutter speed because of lack of light and you didn't have the flash turned on or a dirty lens can cause it.. if there is anything in focus it is just it grabbed the wrong thing ti focus on and the bad thing would be a bad lens... one of these is whats up

Samsung S85 lens cover only closes halfway


Sounds like the lens cover will have got knocked off the guide rails, not much you can do, try blowing it with some compressed air incase there is any debris/grit stuck in there
