puk, is on your simcard and not your 5230.. please call your providers customer care service and request them for the puk. they will give it to you free of charge. do not enter any other guessed numbers, you may use a friends phone to call them up.

What you need to do is call your SIM Card Provider (Service Center) and asking for the PUK number.
PUK is a personal number that provided for each nymber by SIM Card provider.

its related to the sim card you have in your mobile...you would have locked the sim that's why it is asking for the password normally it would be given when you purchased the sim..try to call your mobile service provider example-vodafone,airtel and ask for the puk code they'll provide it but not down all the numbers behind your sim card before you call them..
