Being a new OS the drivers are available for older systems or devices, sometimes you can use win 7 drivers 32 or 64 bit. The problem may be you have to modify the drivers to work with your specific machine. I had to do the same when I upgraded a Gateway MX6421 (born in 2005) to Win 7 pro N 64bit, I modified a few lines of code in the driver and changed the drivers compatible to win 7.

lets start with the ThinkCentre A50 8175. download and install the chipset drivers first. http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-60642 after you reboot install the network driver.
