I have Nokia 5300 Xpress Music, and one day as i was calling one friend , the phone switched off. When I tried to switch it on I got an white screen with the letters "Contact service". I tried to remove the battery and the SIM card and put them back but nothing.. Please help ;]

your battery is got weak if the set is in warranty period go to nokia care thry will replace it, or it is out of warranty than buy a new battery

i had that same problem with mine. hehehehe. i think you should try holding the button for lik 3-4 seconds and instead of the screen listing, it'll hopefully switch off for you.

You need to replace the LCD on the phone take it to a mobile service center and have it fix.
