The buckle is the same as the Mountain Buggy and you can buy these as a spare part. It worked for us (NZ) and was a cost effective replacement without buying a whole new seat.

The way to fold it is to push up the buttons on the handle bar (also used to adjust the bar) and then kick the kick plate on the bottom. If that's still not working. This video should help you. She folds the system and explains how to do it at 5:00. You can also see how everything else works as well with converting from the bassinet to the stroller for toddler. Hope that helps!

Where can i buy strap clips for bugaboo pushchair?

The straps are available for the Bee they come as part of the seat fabric set on the Cameleon and are part of the seat frame on the Frog. www.babycare.nl/prams-strollers-spare-parts-c-34_124.htmlIf If you only need the plastic buckles Mountain Buggy sell them as parts but you need a seamstress to unpick the straps and sew them in.

The plastic brake thing on the handle has broken, where or how can I replace this?

Bugaboo don't sell this as a part. If your Bugaboo is under 2 years old Bugaboo will give you a new frame. If older you have two options maybe three: 1/ Check out eBay for a cheap frame with a different fault ( I find UK eBay good for this) 2/ Take the lever asembly apart (it's quite a simple unit held together by two screws) and take the broken lever parts to a plastic welder (look in your yellow pages). Yes plastic can be welded.
There are stroller repair places that sell secondhand parts when they have them. BuggyPitStop in the UK and Karlisle's in Austrailia. A google will find them.

I have a Graco twin pram The one chair's buckle is broken. Where can I find a new one? I live in the Western Cape, Malmesbury. Thank You. Janine.

I'm the Bugaboo fix it guy but here goes. I'll assume you had no luck with Graco customer service if not check out a Mountain buggy and see if their harness parts are compatible. If so Mountain Buggy do sell them as spare parts and they fit Bugaboo's so may fit your Graco. If that's a no go try a google for YKK and see if they have a local agent. YKK are the largest manufacturer of zips and plastic buckles.

I would like 2 know where i can get a reolacement harness for bugaboo cameleon

There's a shop in Holland that has a lot of Bugaboo parts ask them. www.babycare.nl/spare-parts-bugaboo-cameleon-c-34_124_153.html. If it's just a broken clip Mountain Buggy clips fit and they sell them as a part unlike Bugaboo but that will involve a bit of needle and thread work.

Changing my bugaboo cameleon from carry cot to buggy

Watch the video, "bugaboo assembly" on youtube. The trick is getting the buckle over the silver pins. You actually have to bend the frame to secure the strap then pull out the frame so it is straight again.
